How can I update my vehicle registration details for Complimentary Parking?

Family Explorers Members can update their vehicle registration details by sending their vehicle number and vehicle IU number to [email protected]

You can also head over to our Guest Service Counter to update your vehicle registration details. Ensure you have your membership information ready so our team can assist you on the spot.

Do note that any updates made to your vehicle details will take up to 5 working days to take effect.

Is there an expiry date for my Membership Benefits?

Please note that all benefits must be utilised within the active membership cycle and unused benefits will not be carried over to the next membership cycle upon renewal.

Can I carry forward my unused iWerks Movie tickets to the following month?

Complimentary iWerks movie tickets will be reset on the first day of the month, and any unused tickets will not be rolled over.

Can I purchase additional attraction tickets if I've used up all my complimentary tickets?

SDC Members can purchase additional attraction tickets at a 20% discount (excluding iWerks movie tickets). The discount will be automatically applied at the checkout page.
